AMBS Carousel Factory
A content engine built to write the post, design the slides and publish to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Public release is paused while the operational audit fixes reporting accuracy, independent alerts, platform coverage and customer onboarding.
Published, not mocked up.
Three slides from a real six-slide carousel that went to all three platforms on 7 August 2026. No human touched the design.
Go and check it. The Instagram copy is public at instagram.com/p/DbvdY2AII4Y. The first fully autonomous post went to LinkedIn on 4 August 2026.
The report is designed to show what ran.
The capture below is the genuine 7 August edition. The audit found that partial platform failures were not always counted correctly, so this reporting path is under correction.
01Did it run?
Posted on time and at what minute, how many platforms went live out of how many were due, and when the next post lands.
02Today's deliverable
The first slide as a picture, the caption as published, and a live link per platform that opens the real post.
03What's coming
The next fortnight, dated — so a topic can be vetoed days before it publishes.
04Numbers in four windows
Engagements, likes, comments, replies answered, shares, link clicks, reach and followers — for the last post, 30 days, 6 months and the year. Missing data says so rather than being invented.
05What to do about it
Recommendations with the area, the why and the exact next action — and an honest "your audience is too small to read anything into this" when that is the truth.
06When something breaks
Before release, every failed platform must be named as NOT posted and an independent heartbeat must alert on silence.
The four-window analytics table and the recommendations block were added to the report later that week, so they are not visible in this particular capture.
The rest of what it does.
Your calendar is the approval
Every post is an event on a calendar you can see. Move it and the post moves; delete it and the post is cancelled. Nothing publishes that you did not put there.
Two designed slide styles
An editorial thread look and a bolder graphic one, with layout variety drawn from the content so six slides never look like the same slide six times.
Same input, same pixels
Rendering is deterministic, so a design change can be reviewed before it ships instead of discovered in the feed.
Slides get a permanent home
Every rendered slide sits at a stable public URL, so report and post images keep working long after the run.
Written by the good model
Research runs cheap; the hook does not. The first line is the product, and it is the one place the cost is worth it.
Up to twelve slides
Six by default because that performs — a longer argument can run to the twelve every platform caps at.
What is true today — and what is not.
True right now
- ✓Proven on a real account beginning 4 August 2026.
- ✓The runtime is cloud-side when its scheduler and account connections are healthy.
- ✓Slide rendering is deterministic and free: it is code, not a model call.
- ✓The report format exists, but its success counts and delivery monitoring are under correction.
Not true yet
- ✗Public activation is on hold. Customer onboarding, platform connection, and topic setup are not ready for general release.
- ✗It has run on one account so far — you would be the first outside its owner.
- ✗LinkedIn is personal profile only — company pages need a permission we do not hold.
- ✗Engagement is near zero: the accounts are days old. The engine works; the audience does not exist yet.
The boring details.

How it rates on the seven-category rubric.
Every candidate is scored 1–10 per category, equal weighting. 58 out of 70 is the bar to be promoted into the catalog.

Total 61 / 70 — above the 58 promotion bar. Scale and time-to-revenue are the two held back: Instagram rate-limits new accounts, and LinkedIn company-page posting is out of scope on the current permission.
