This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for products purchased from AMBS Studio. Because our products are digital goods that you download or access immediately, please read this before buying.

To keep things fair for everyone, we may decline a refund when:

• The request is made after the refund window has closed
• The product works as described and the issue is a change of mind after substantial use or download
• The request is based on income or earnings expectations — our products are tools, and we do not guarantee any income (see our Income Disclaimer)
• There is evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund activity or redistribution of the product

4. How to Request a Refund

• The email address used at checkout
• The product name and approximate purchase date
• A short description of the issue

We'll review and respond, typically within a few business days.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends and you should stop using and remove any downloaded copies.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where local law grants you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
