These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMBS Studio website and any products, downloads, or services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services are provided by AMBS Studio, a sole proprietorship ("AMBS Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal entity from its owner. [Business mailing address — to be added.]
Nothing on this site is for sale. AMBS Studio is not currently offering any product, service, business, or subscription for purchase, and does not accept payment. The catalog describes businesses under development. If and when anything is offered for sale, these Terms will be updated first.

AMBS Studio offers "autonomous micro businesses in a box" — downloadable or hosted software apps designed to run largely on their own. Each product is described on its listing. Product features, availability, and pricing may change over time.
Important: Our products are tools, and they are not currently for sale — there is no price, no checkout, and no fee. We make no income or earnings claims: we do not tell you what you would make, and any income figure you may have seen in an earlier version of this site has been removed. See our Income Disclaimer.
There are none, because nothing is for sale. AMBS Studio does not currently charge a price, operate a checkout, or accept payment of any kind. No product, service, or business on this site can be purchased today.
If that changes, this section will be completed with real payment terms — processor, price, taxes, licence and refund rights — before anything is offered for sale, and these Terms will be updated first.
Unless stated otherwise, when you purchase a product you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own micro business. All software, content, branding, and materials on AMBS Studio remain the property of AMBS Studio or its licensors. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute a product as your own.
Our products may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or accounts that you set up and maintain. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their fees, or changes to their terms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you use.
The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not warrant that any product will produce any particular financial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMBS Studio and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold AMBS Studio harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may harm us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as licensing limits, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
