These Dividend Product Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMBS Studio Dividend product, including any related dashboards, data feeds, calculators, educational materials, and features (collectively, the "Dividend Service"). The Dividend Service is one of the products offered by AMBS Studio ("AMBS Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Dividend Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Dividend & Investment Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Dividend Service. These Terms supplement, and are in addition to, our general Terms of Service.
By clicking to accept, checking an acceptance box, completing payment, or accessing any part of the Dividend Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Dividend & Investment Disclaimer. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must accept these Terms before the Dividend dashboard and its data will be made available to you.
The Dividend Service is an information and educational product. It provides general information, including a periodically refreshed list of the top 20 highest-yielding dividend stocks ranked purely by dividend yield, along with tools that let you record your own holdings and see your own projected figures.
The Dividend Service is NOT, and must not be treated as:
We are not investment advisors, brokers, or financial planners, and nothing in the Dividend Service creates such a relationship. We do not sell securities, hold your funds, execute trades, or manage anyone's portfolio.
Any information the Dividend Service provides — including the top-20 highest-yielding stock list, prices, yields, calculations, projections, calendars, and educational content — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
You should consult a licensed financial professional (such as a registered investment advisor, licensed broker, or certified financial planner) and, where relevant, a qualified tax professional, before making any investment decision. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information, conducting your own independent research and due diligence, and deciding whether any investment is appropriate for you.
The data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Prices, yields, and dividend schedules change constantly and may be sourced from third-party data providers we do not control. A stock appearing on the "highest-yielding" list is a mathematical ranking by yield only — a high yield can itself be a sign of elevated risk (including the risk of a dividend cut or price decline). Inclusion on any list is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
Your use of the Dividend Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, or professional-client relationship between you and AMBS Studio. We do not owe you a fiduciary duty. We do not know your full financial circumstances, risk tolerance, time horizon, or objectives, and we do not assess whether any security is suitable for you. Any tools that let you set a goal or filter the list by a stated "risk profile" apply simple, rules-based logic to information you enter — they are conveniences for organizing your own thinking, not personalized advice.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You invest entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. By using the Dividend Service you acknowledge and agree that:

The Dividend Service relies on third-party market-data providers, brokerages you choose, and other third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, timeliness, fees, or policies of any third party. Any broker names mentioned in educational materials are provided for general information only and are not endorsements or recommendations.
The Dividend Service and all data and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, current, or reliable, or that any investment will produce any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMBS Studio and its owners, affiliates, and data providers will not be liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, or income, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Dividend Service or any reliance on its information — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that you alone bear responsibility for your investment decisions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Dividend Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for access to the Dividend Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold AMBS Studio harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Dividend Service, your investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms and the accompanying Dividend & Investment Disclaimer from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Where a change is material, we may ask you to accept the revised Terms again. Your continued use of the Dividend Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
